We have come to recognise that innovation and value for money linked to positive outcomes is what we as an independent provider need to bring to the range of services available to young people in Ireland. We believe we can achieve organisational sustainability as well as make a positive contribution to the lives of young people by becoming change agents within the social care sector. We will continue to invest surplus income in research and development of innovative and best practice services.
Our development strategy has identified education, mentoring and family support as areas which we will develop within our services to further our goal of becoming change agents within the sector and promote positive outcomes for young people in care.
We strive to improve the lives of all the young people we care for and aim to promote the prospects of a better life for each individual both now and in the future. As a dedicated organisation our care teams embrace each young person with warmth, empathy, compassion, understanding and enthusiasm. Our care teams are well equipped to work with each young person and their difficulties in a confident, determined and resilient manner.
Rainbow Community Services accepts referrals from all HSE areas and has an impressive track record in delivering high quality, cost effective services to our clients. Most importantly, we have a sub substantiated credibility in achieving successful outcomes for young people.
